Two South African sides are still standing. The Bulls travel to Edinburgh chasing a place in their fourth URC final, while the Stormers head to Dublin to face defending champions Leinster in what is the tougher assignment of the two.
Rugby betting guide for beginners
Glasgow Warriors v Bulls
Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Edinburgh
Kick-off: 15:30 SAST
The Bulls arrive at Murrayfield on the back of seven consecutive URC victories, the most recent a commanding 45-14 quarter-final win over Munster. Marcell Coetzee makes his 100th appearance for the franchise, while hooker Johan Grobbelaar reaches 150 games – a milestone occasion for two of their most important players.
Handre Pollard and Willie le Roux give Johan Ackermann’s side exceptional game management, and Kurt-Lee Arendse adds strike power out wide. Glasgow are no pushovers – Franco Smith’s side beat Connacht 33-21 in the quarter-finals and have the backing of a Murrayfield crowd after moving the match from Scotstoun.
Their recent form, however, includes heavy defeats to the Stormers and Lions away from home. The Bulls’ seven-match winning run, physical dominance and Springbok-laden squad make them the pick even on the road.
Pick: Bulls to win @2.09

Leinster v Stormers
Aviva Stadium, Dublin
Kick-off: 18:30 SAST
Leinster arrive on the back of a 59-10 demolition of the Lions in the quarter-finals and carry the extra motivation of a Champions Cup Final defeat to Bordeaux still fresh in the memory. Caelan Doris leads the side, James Lowe makes his 100th Leinster appearance, and Jamison Gibson-Park returns at scrum-half alongside Sam Prendergast.
The Stormers face a significant challenge without Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, but Damian Willemse covers at fullback and Ruhan Nel captains the side at centre. Evan Roos and the pack will need to match Leinster physically if the Stormers are to stay in the contest.
Since the competition launched in 2021-22, either the Bulls or the Stormers have featured in every URC Grand Final – that record adds weight to every tackle. The 12.5-point start gives the Stormers a realistic cushion in a match they may well lose but can absolutely cover.
Pick: Stormers (+12.5) @2.07
