Dylan Johnson picks his Premier League Gameweek 9 accumulator, with odds sitting at 10.62 for this five-leg multi-bet.
Last weekend, a late Harry Maguire header stopped the accumulator from landing after four previous bets paid out. Chelsea beat Nottingham Forest, Brighton and Newcastle delivered goals, Palace and Bournemouth hit the back of the net, and Manchester City handled Everton comfortably.
This weekend looks trickier for punters, with several of the league’s top sides playing away and tight match-ups across the board.
Leeds vs West Ham BTTS – yes @ 1.80
Leeds host West Ham at Elland Road, with both sides hovering in the relegation zone. Leeds have lost three of their last five, while the Hammers’ form has been even worse, just one point from a possible 15 and four all season. Nuno Espírito Santo’s side have been leaking goals, so rather than pick a result, I’m backing Both Teams To Score at 1.80 on Betway.

Chelsea to beat Sunderland @ 1.37
In a weekend full of uncertainty, Chelsea at home looks the safest bet. Sunderland have impressed this season, sitting level on points with the Blues, but Stamford Bridge is a different challenge. Fresh from a 5–1 Champions League win, I’m going with a Chelsea home win at 1.37.
Arsenal vs Crystal Palace – Arsenal win @ 1.41
The Gunners top the table for a reason. With the league’s most balanced squad and one of Europe’s best defences, Mikel Arteta’s side should have too much quality. Palace won’t be easy, they have earned a giant-killing aura under Oliver Glasner but it would be a mammoth task to unsettle the league leaders at the Emirates. Jean-Philippe Mateta and Ismalia Sarr pose threats, but Arsenal’s attacking depth of Saka, Gyökeres, Martinelli, Eze and Trossard should see them home. I’m backing Arsenal to win at 1.41.
Liverpool vs Brentford over 2.5 goals @1.52
Liverpool’s defence remains inconsistent, but their attack is explosive. Even without Mo Salah, they put five past Frankfurt in Europe. Brentford have conceded 12 this season yet remain a threat going forward through Igor Thiago and Dango Ouattara. Former Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson and Alisson understudy Caoimhin Kelleher add some emotion to the contest. I’m expecting action and Over 2.5 Goals at 1.52 feels right.

Wolves vs Burnley BTTS – yes @ 2.02
Two sides fighting for survival meet in what could be a nervy but open encounter. Wolves remain winless in eight, while Burnley’s defensive shape has faltered away from Turf Moor. Both teams need points badly, and that desperation should create chances. BTTS (Yes) at 2.02 closes out the accumulator.
