The URC season comes down to one match at Croke Park, with Leinster hosting the Bulls in a repeat of last year’s decider. The Aviva Stadium was unavailable due to a Metallica concert, shifting the final to the iconic GAA venue for the second year running.
Rugby live betting – Reading momentum, cards and tactical swings
Leinster v Bulls
Leinster booked their place by beating the Stormers 20-11 at the Aviva, racing to a 13-0 lead before holding on after a late red card swung momentum. The Bulls reached their fourth final in five years by edging Glasgow 22-21 away at Murrayfield.
Leinster have won five of their last six, their sole defeat coming in the Champions Cup final against Bordeaux-Begles. That loss adds pressure to salvage the season on home soil. Andrew Porter is ruled out, but Tadhg Furlong and Caelan Doris have recovered to start.
The Bulls arrive with a scrum that destroyed Ireland at the Aviva last November. Leinster dominated in last year’s 32-7 win, but have taken hidings up front against the Bulls before. Seven of last year’s Bulls starting XV return, against six for Leinster.
Last year’s final was one-sided in wet conditions, but this looks far tighter. The Bulls have momentum and unfinished business after three final defeats in four years. Leinster’s home convenience keeps them favourites, but the value lies with the Bulls.
Pick: Bulls (+9.5) @1.49
