Club top scorer Felix Oluoch scored his fourth goal of the season and Shariff Musa was on target as well to hand Police their first defeat of the 2025/26 SL campaign.
The win takes Gor’s tally to 16 points from seven games, one more than second place Kakamega Homeboyz, who were held to a 1-1 draw by Murang’a Seal at the Bukhungu Stadium on Sunday.
The draw means Seal are now unbeaten in their last three outings as they sit in 12th place with eight points.
Nairobi United were the biggest winners of the weekend, running riot in an enthralling 4-2 victory over Kariobangi Sharks at the Dandora Stadium.
