There is plenty of mouthwatering action to look forward to as the Serie A enters matchday 14 this weekend.
The Italian top flight remains the most closely contested in all of Europe as only five points separate the top seven teams in the land. AC Milan lead the standings with 28 points, level with Napoli in second as Inter and AS Roma follow closely with 27 points each.
We have a look at some of the blockbuster encounters lined up for round 14 in the Serie A.
Inter vs Como – Saturday, 8pm
Inter are in third place on the log with 27 points, three more than their opponents Como who are fifth. Como continue to impress under Cesc Fabregas and have only lost one game this season.
They have the longest unbeaten run in the Italian top flight, going 12 games without defeat, setting this up to be a banger of a fixture. Inter completed the league double over Como last season with identical 2-0 wins, however much has changed since then.
Prediction – Both teams to score @ 1.85 odds
Cagliari vs Roma – Sunday, 5pm
Cagliari are without a win in their last 10 matches in all competitions and sit in 15th place on the log. They face a Roma side itching to bounce back after a 1-0 loss to Napoli last time out to dethrone them from the top of the table.
Roma have won four of their last five games against Cagliari, the other resulting a barren draw last season. Roma need to win to keep up the pace with the top four sides, knowing that victory here could see them finish the weekend at the top of the table.
Prediction – Roma to win @ 1.72 odds
Lazio vs Bologna – Sunday, 8pm
Both sides are coming off Serie A defeats, desperate to turn their fortunes around come Sunday. Lazio responded to their 1-0 league loss to Milan by beating them with a similar scoreline in the Coppa Italia in midweek.
Bologna also beat Parma in the Cup after a shock 3-1 defeat to Cremonese in the league last weekend. Despite the loss, Bologna are in sixth place with 24 points, six more than Lazio in eighth. Bologna thrashed Lazio 5-0 last time these sides met, while Lazio were 3-0 winners in the reverse fixture.
Prediction – Over 1.5 goals @ 1.45 odds

Napoli vs Juventus – Sunday, 10:45pm
This match pits two teams on good runs of form as Napoli look to finish the weekend in top spot. Juventus on the other hand must avoid defeat if they are to better their 23 points and break into the top six.
Juve have not managed a league win against Napoli since 2023, losing 2-1 in the most recent encounter last season. Napoli have scored the third most goals in Serie A this season (20), and are expected to add to their tally here.
Prediction – Napoli to win or draw @ 1.35 odds
