Nine games into the 2025–26 Premier League season, the outright betting markets are taking shape and Arsenal have emerged as the clear frontrunners across multiple categories. With Betway’s latest odds, the title race, individual honours, and the relegation fight are all beginning to define the storylines of the campaign.
Title Winner:
After a near-flawless start, Arsenal have opened a four-point lead at the top of the table and a seven-point gap on defending champions Liverpool. Betway price the Gunners at 1.45 to lift the title, their shortest outright odds in nearly two decades. Manchester City, who have shown signs of inconsistency under Pep Guardiola, sit second in the betting at 5.55, while Liverpool have drifted to 8.10 after four straight league defeats. Manchester United are outsiders at 26.10, Chelsea trail at 41.00, and Spurs, despite a promising start, are distant at 66.00.

Golden Boot:
Erling Haaland continues to dominate the scoring charts with 11 goals in just nine matches. The Norwegian is again the runaway favourite for the Golden Boot at 1.20 on Betway. His nearest challengers, Brentford’s Igor Thiago, Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo, and Brighton’s Danny Welbeck, are all in fine form but far behind statistically. Last season’s winner, Mohamed Salah, has slipped to 18.90, level with Arsenal’s Viktor Gyökeres, while Semenyo (20.90) and Thiago (25.90) follow.
Golden Glove:
Arsenal’s defensive dominance makes David Raya a heavy favourite for the Golden Glove at 1.40. Newcastle’s Nick Pope is next best at 5.50, while Manchester City’s new No.1, Gianluigi Donnarumma, sits at 7.00 after replacing Ederson.
PFA Player of the Season:
Unsurprisingly, Haaland also leads the Player of the Year market at 3.25. Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka follows at 8.00, ahead of teammates Gabriel (10.00), Declan Rice (11.00), and Martin Zubimendi (15.00). Last year’s winner, Mohamed Salah, has fallen to 21.00.
Relegation Battle:
At the other end of the table, Wolves are winless after nine games and favourites for the drop at 1.25. Burnley follow at 1.50, with Nottingham Forest at 3.25 and West Ham at 3.00 after a disastrous run. Newly promoted Leeds (3.75) remain vulnerable, but Sunderland’s superb start sees them well clear at 8.00.
