The final round of the CAF Champions League group stage arrives with qualification still undecided in every pool.
In Pretoria, Mamelodi Sundowns host former coach Rulani Mokwena’s MC Alger in a direct shootout, while elsewhere margins are tight and head-to-head records could yet prove decisive.
Group A
RS Berkane vs Rivers United – Saturday, 9pm
Pyramids vs Power Dynamos – Saturday, 9pm
Pyramids are already through with 13 points from five matches (four wins, one draw). The focus shifts to the battle for second, where RS Berkane and Power Dynamos are level on seven points, each with two wins, two defeats and a draw. Berkane host eliminated Rivers United, who have just one point, while Power travel to Cairo.
A Berkane win guarantees progression. If Power Dynamos better their result, goal difference will come into play.
Group B
Al Ahly vs AS FAR – Friday, 6pm
Young Africans vs JS Kabylie – Sunday, 3pm
Al Ahly top the group on nine points (two wins, three draws) and are unbeaten. AS FAR sit second on eight. Young Africans, on five points, still have a path, while JS Kabylie’s three draws and two defeats leave them eliminated.
Al Ahly need a point at home to secure first place. AS FAR can qualify with a draw, depending on the result in Dar es Salaam.

Group C
Mamelodi Sundowns vs MC Alger – Saturday, 3pm
Al Hilal vs St Éloi Lupopo – Saturday, 3pm
Al Hilal lead on eight points (two wins, two draws, one loss). MC Alger are second on seven, Sundowns third on six, and Lupopo fourth on five. All four remain alive.
Sundowns must win in Pretoria to control their fate. A draw won’t be enough regardless of Al Hilal’s result. MC Alger progress with victory. Lupopo require three points and a favourable swing elsewhere.

Esperance Tunis vs Petro de Luanda – Saturday, 6pm
Stade Malien have 11 points (three wins, two draws) and are through. Esperance and Petro both have six points and identical records (one win, three draws, one loss). Simba are eliminated.
Esperance host Petro in a direct contest for second. The winner advances; a draw opens the door to tiebreak scenarios.
