Wednesday’s final round delivered decisive swings. Liverpool’s 6–0 win over Qarabag, Manchester City’s controlled victory against Galatasaray, and Chelsea’s late success in Naples ensured all three avoided the congested play-off route.
Elsewhere, Benfica’s win over Real Madrid was enough to save them from elimination, while Inter Milan’s victory in Dortmund proved pivotal.

The top eight sides have secured automatic qualification to the round of 16. Arsenal finished top after edging Kairat Almaty, completing a perfect league phase.

Places ninth to 24th will contest the two-legged knockout play-offs, with several heavyweights forced into an extra hurdle.
