South Africa beat England 45-21 and Scotland 42-28 across the opening two rounds and sit at the top of the Southern Hemisphere standings on points difference above New Zealand.

Rassie Erasmus has included four uncapped players in his starting XV for this fixture – Sharks winger Jaco Williams, flyhalf Vusi Moyo, Montpellier lock Ruben van Heerden and prop Carlu Sadie – with experienced players alongside them to ease the transition.

Wales started the Nations Championship with a 39-24 win over Fiji before losing 35-21 to Argentina in San Juan. Steve Tandy has made six changes from the Argentina defeat, bringing in a new centre partnership of Max Llewellyn and Ben Thomas, with Louis Rees-Zammit returning on the right wing.

Dan Edwards takes over at flyhalf from Sam Costelow and Alex Mann comes into the back row.
